Net 15 Days from Invoice Date. All new clients wishing to have a credit account with Intercity Paper Company must fill out a credit application. Once approved credit and credit limits will be applied to your account.
Pricing on quotes are valid for the items and quantities listed and will be honored for thirty (30) days from the quote date unless otherwise stated. Please note prices are subject to change without any notice. All special order items require approved P.O. numbers for credit accounts and/or 50% down payment for non credit accounts. All credit accounts are subject to our terms only. Time quoted on projects and signed are authorized hours to perform work and will be billed based on time spent on project. Tax, shipping charges, and other charges applied after items are shipped and invoiced.
A charge of 1.5% will be charged on balances over 30 days.

Price lists, promotions, and other additional discounts are based on price rules custom tailored for our clients. Special pricing must be discussed with your sales representative.
We offer additional 5% off invoice for orders over $250 on qualified items. Wholesale clients are currently not included in this promotion due to already having heavily discounted product pricing.
Our order minimum is $100 on stock items. Any order under $100 is subject to a $10 service charge. Our order minimum qualifies you for free shipping in our “local” area using Our Truck.

Special Order Items
“Special Order” items are items that we do not stock and do not appear in our catalog. These items must always be purchased in full carton/case pack quantities. Once these items are ordered, they may not be canceled or returned. Occasionally, we have special requests for products and will display them in our online catalog. Special order items are marked with a “z or Z” in the SKU or item number. Additional shipping costs apply to special order items where applicable.
Orders matching our minimum amount of $100 qualify for free delivery using “Our Truck” delivery service. Orders of $200 and below ship 2-5 business days or sooner where possible. Orders over $200 will ship to you 1-2 business days or same day if ordered before 9am where applicable. “Our Truck” service delivers to all of Rhode Island and Southern Massachusetts clients. These areas are considered “Local” to our shipping coverage using “Our Truck”. Any orders outside our area will ship via a common carrier like UPS. Additional common carrier shipping charges apply.
UPS and Common Carrier Shipment
All UPS and Common Carrier shipments will be charged applicable shipping and handling charges. This will appear as a separate item on your invoice. We use these services if our clients are outside our local shipping area which is RI and Southern MA.
Hours of Pick-Up – 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. Please allow us 2 hours to process your order. Our staff will call to inform you that your order is ready for pickup.
We will not accept any damaged goods for credit or exchange. For your own protection, inspect all merchandise when received. Do not accept any damaged goods.
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization in writing from Intercity Paper Company. Customers must furnish the invoice number and date of purchase when requesting return authorization. Merchandise returned that is not the result of an error by Intercity Paper Company or non-defective will be charged a 25% restocking charge. We will not accept any material for return 30 days after purchase. All products returned must be in their original boxes and in resalable condition. Returns made after 30 days will have credit applied to their account for future use. There are no returns on shovels, ice melt products, open chemicals, and/or charcoal.
