Buying Cleaning Tools Vs Tool Rental
Renting tools has its advantages. You don’t have to store or maintain them. When you’re done, just bring it back. There’s no upkeep or storage necessary on your part as we take care of all that. This a great way to try before you buy as cleaning equipment is a long term investment for your facility.
About Used Equipment
Every time a tool comes back, we make sure it’s in top shape. Our tool rentals are always high quality because we buy new tools for you to rent, then cycle the used ones out to you for purchase, while still in good working condition. All used rental equipment for sale is serviced between rentals, tested and inspected prior to being placed for sale, and sold “as-is.”
Rates
We have various rates on our rentals. Rental rates (+taxes) are available as daily, weekly, or monthly and due back by 9am on the due day. To avoid additional day/weekend charges, equipment rented on Friday will be charged the weekend (or 2 days) rate unless returned prior to closing on Saturday afternoon. Machines must be returned clean and fully operational.
Additional charges apply for cleaning or any damages on equipment. Renters are liable for any damages that occur to the equipment during the rental term up to the original cost of the tool. We do offer a Damage Protection Plan that costs up to 15% of the rental fee.
Rental rates do not include additional accessories for your rental which include pads, cleaning chemical, and any additional accessories you need. These items are sold separately. Please ask the store for more details.
Be Prepared
All rentals require deposits to secure your time with our equipment. Please bring a proper form of ID (driver’s license, state ID, passport, military ID card or Mexican CID) and the credit card that will be used with your rental. These items are put on file for our records during your time with your rental.
Long term rentals are billed weekly to your credit card until the due date. We have a max of 30 days on our rentals. Longer term rentals will need to request a quote for a special rate or possibly purchasing a piece of equipment for your project.
