As winter approaches, we’re preparing for another ice melt season and are excited to announce our 2026-2027 Ice Melt Early Bird Program.
This year, we’ve simplified our pricing structure while giving you more opportunities to save by ordering early.
2026-2027 Ice Melt Pricing
This season, we will offer four pricing options:
- Standard Pricing – Our regular in-season pricing.
- Standard Pallet Pricing – Special pricing for qualifying pallet purchases.
- Promotional Pricing – Special Early Bird pricing available during the promotion.
- Promotional Pallet Pricing – Additional savings for qualifying pallet purchases placed during the promotion.
Even More Savings When You Order Early
We’re adding additional incentives for customers who place their orders early:
Order by September 31st and receive an additional 5% off your invoice.
Order by October 31st and receive an additional 3.5% off your invoice.
These additional discounts will be applied to the applicable promotional pricing for your order.
Early Bird Orders
Customers who place orders during the Early Bird promotion will receive the applicable promotional pricing. Orders will be fulfilled as product becomes available, and customers will be invoiced when their order is delivered.
New Inventory Reservation Program
Over the past few seasons, many customers have asked if we could reserve inventory to ensure product availability during periods of high demand.
Beginning this season, we’re introducing an Inventory Reservation Program.
Customers who would like us to reserve product specifically for their business may do so by prepaying for the quantity they wish to reserve. Once payment is received, your inventory will be set aside exclusively for your business and will remain available for release throughout the season as needed.
Inventory that has not been reserved will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis throughout the season and is subject to availability.
Ice Melt Return Policy
Due to the seasonal nature of ice melt and the need to manage inventory throughout the winter season, all ice melt sales are final.
Once an ice melt order has been placed and fulfilled, the product is non-returnable and non-refundable. We encourage customers to carefully review their quantities and contact our sales team with any questions before placing an order.
