Equipment Check-In Requirement<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>All equipment submitted for repair <strong>must be checked in<\/strong> upon arrival. This includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A description of the item<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serial number (if available)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The nature of the issue or requested service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>No service will be performed on equipment that has not been properly checked in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Non-Account Clients and Contractors<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Contractors or clients <strong>without existing accounts<\/strong> are required to provide the following before any repair service is initiated:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Full legal name and company name (if applicable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid contact information (phone number and email)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A valid <strong>credit card on file<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Failure to provide this information will result in a delay or refusal of service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Repair Authorization &amp; Quotes<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>No equipment will be repaired without prior approval of a quote.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clients will receive a detailed estimate of repair costs, which must be approved (in writing or via electronic confirmation) before work begins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any additional costs discovered during the repair process will require further approval from the client.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Final Invoicing &amp; Charges<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>All costs associated with the repair \u2014 including parts, labor, diagnostic fees, and additional approved charges \u2014 will be reflected in the <strong>final invoice<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For non-account clients or contractors:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Charges will be billed to the <strong>credit card on file<\/strong> upon completion of service unless other payment arrangements are made in advance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Policy Enforcement<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>By submitting equipment for repair, clients and contractors agree to the terms outlined in this policy. We reserve the right to withhold service for non-compliance.
